The form below will assist the creation of the constitution for the DISTRICT OF LEISTAVIA. Items marked * need to be filled in.

Leistavians are a generous people, and simply by voting you can enter the draw to win a Leistavian lei. There are five leis to be won. Leistavian leis are particularly rare, and currently only 200 world wide are in existence. The pattern of the leis is nonlinear - no two are the same, following the 'Match me if you can' tree found on Norfolk Island. Although you need to enter your email address to enter, that is only so that we can make contact - we will not give an email address to anyone else.
